Location: Widnes - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities
Become a go-to expert in reporting, with a deep understanding of how to turn data into clear, impactful insights that drive the business forward.
Continuously enhance reporting capabilities - from dashboard design to data modeling and system maintenance (ETL, master data, etc.).
Partner cross-functionally to ensure reporting aligns with strategic goals and provides actionable insights.
Translate complex datasets into clear, strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships across teams, acting as a technical advisor and trusted business partner.
Drive data-led performance by producing and presenting concise, impactful reports and analysis.
Proactively identify opportunities for new insights and improvements in reporting.
Support wider FP&A projects and assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
We you'll need
Advanced Excel proficiency.
A passion for learning new systems and reporting tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, self-starting attitude.
The ability to distill complexity into clarity and drive strategic focus.
