Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation based in Liverpool, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.
Based in Liverpool, you will be required to work on site in Merseyside 3-4 days a week.
This opportunity is ideal for a qualified Accountant with strong leadership and analytical skills, keen to work in a highly visible role driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Salary/benefits:
£65,000 - £85,000 per annum (DOE)
6 Month contract
Opportunity to lead and develop a team
Job Duties:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, delivering timely and accurate financial projections.
Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across multiple systems
Manage and develop two direct reports, providing coaching and regular feedback.
Monitor and analyse KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to support business growth.
Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and provide financial guidance.
Drive finance transformation projects, including automation and implementation of new tools.
Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes.

Ideal experience:
Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in a similar role within a multinational environment.
Strong track record in financial planning & analysis, data integrity, and meeting reporting deadlines.
Demonstrated success managing direct reports and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Advanced knowledge of ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
Exposure to audit processes and internal control frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
